The entire grove was laser leveled with proper drainage, however this grove is not bedded land. Also has roughly 5 acres of pretty open field with large oak trees that would make a nice building site. The remaining acreage is drive middles and drainage ditches. Structures on the property include a 40x76 metal equipment barn/shop and several other smaller, completely enclosed metal buildings. Road frontage consists of 1,860 ft of hard road frontage and 4,640 ft of county maintained shell road.
